Whitney, Usher, Wyclef, John Mayer and Others to Record Michael Jackson Tribute Song

Usher, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Dionne Warwick, Wyclef Jean, Jermaine Jackson, and Whitney Houston have all signed on to record a remake of Michael's "Will You Be There."

Jennifer Hudson, who sang the song at Jackson's memorial service last month, is also rumored to be interested in the project, according to the NY Daily News.

The tribute is being organized by Shawn King, wife of talk show host Larry King. Proceeds will be split between The Larry King Cardiac Foundation and an as-yet-unnamed charity associated with Jackson.
