We've absolutely sickened by Steven Anderson who purports to be a pastor but prays every night that President Obama dies, and claims God - yes, God - hates the president, too. He also says if the president doesn't die of natural causes, then he should be killed!

Last weekend about 100 people - more than five times the number of people in Steven's congregation - demonstrated outside his so-called "church" to denounce his hateful rhetoric.
