Heidi Klum wants to legally take husband Seal’s name, according to court documents.

The supermodel turn Project Runway host has reportedly filed paperwork with the LA Superior Court to have her last name changed to Samuel.

Heidi Samuel? It doesn't quite roll of the tongue like Heidi Klum, but we all have to get used to it.

Well, at least she still kept it simple. Seal's full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel. Could you imagine if she had chosen to go with Heidi Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel?

The couple has been married for four-and-a-half years and are expecting their third child this month. Heidi will find out whether her name change petition has been successful on Nov. 20.
