Lady Gaga Speaks Out on Now Dead Tour with Kanye

At this afternoon's Billboard Women in Music event in NYC where she was honored, along with Beyoncè, Lady Gaga told reporters that the ill-fated "Fame Kills" tour, that was abruptly killed even before opening night, was canceled because Kanye really intends to disappear from the scheme for a while.

While that may be what her PR people told her to say, the skeptics in us tend to want to believe something else. Gaga's choreographer Lori Ann Gibson, for instance, has a different theory. She tweeted that the reason for the canceled tour was Gaga and Kanye had "creative differences." Did Kanye not get gay fast enough? Maybe it was the deplorable ticket sales.

Now, Lady Gaga says she will be touring alone.
