What?! Did Joe Jackson Threaten to Kill a Man?

Papa Joe has dismissed allegations he threatened to kill a man who is trying to prove his son, Michael Jackson, fathered a lovechild.

In documents obtained by the folks over at TMZ, Ronnie Newt alleges Joe and his son Randy threatened him after he approached them with information he claims proves Michael has a 12-year-old illegitimate son named Prince Michael Malachi Jet.

Named who?!

Because of the alleged threat, Ronnie is seeking a restraining order against Joe and randy in San Francisco County Superior Court, alleging, he "was told to stay out of the MJ love child story. That some one could get kill (sic) for that kind of money."

Joe tells TMZ the allegations are false, adding, "I haven't even seen this guy since the '80s."
