AT&T Customers File Class Action Lawsuit Over Data Plans

Pissed off AT&T customers have filed a class-action lawsuit in Seattle Federal Court against the cell phone carrier cell over its data plans. The litigants say is collecting taxes on Internet access -- which, according to a 1998 bill, shouldn't be taxed. The suit is asking the court to order AT&T to pay back the taxes (about $5 million) it has collected. We gotta see if we can get our money back, too.
