Gay Male Cheerleader Says He's Being Discriminated Against

Benjamin Grundy, a bi-racial, gay male who suffers from Asperger's Syndrome says his Palouse, Washington high school is discriminating against him by not allowing him to do everything the girls do. On the cheer team, that is. You see, Benjamin wants to dance, shake his ass and drop it like it's hot like the rest of the girls, but he tells, KXLY News, "I was reduced to standing there and moving my arms." He said, the school tried to pressure him into being the mascot. Harsh! After his mother made a fuss, the school gave Ben a uniform and his pom poms.

(Sidebar: In case you were wondering, too, why is this a issue if he tried out and made the team. Well, there were no try-outs.)
