Previously Unseen Photos From Sept. 11 Released


After ABC News filed suit, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the federal agency that investigated the Sept. 11 2001 collapse of the World Trade Center, released these aerial photos that were taken from a police helicopter — the only photographers allowed in the airspace near the skyscrapers on that day.
