Rodney Lee Thomas, 38, of Salisbury, Pa. has confessed to police that he had sex at least three times with a 9-month-old girl and had “sexual encounters” with a “pet dog, Rocky, which led to the dog’s death.”
He was charged with multiple counts of rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, making terroristic threats, and three counts of sexual intercourse with an animal. In all, he faces 49 criminal counts.
As for the terroristic threats charge, he threatened to break a 20-year-old woman's neck and grabbed her by the arms and head.
According to the report, he confessed to police that he's engaging in this sort of conduct since he was a teenager.
