Sean Levert, who was a member of the legendary R&B group LeVert, died in March 2008 while he was jailed for failure to pay $90,000 in child support to three children from previous relationships. In the six days he was in the Cleveland jail, Sean was denied his anti-anxiety medication, Xanax. A coroner's report later concluded that Xanax withdrawal contributed to his death. His wife at the time, Angela Lowe, subsequently filed a wrongful death lawsuit and this morning, before the case went to trial, a deal was struck.
