Last Sunday in Stafford, Va., 19-year-old (we swear she's 19) Joynee Carter was arrested and charged with felony eluding, obstruction of justice, reckless driving and running a red light after she flipped cops the bird then tried to run a deputy over.
According to MyFoxDC, cops cornered off parts of an intersection as they investigated an accident. When they were done, Joynee drove through the road-block and motored toward police almost striking a deputy. Cops told her to stop, but she gave them a strong middle finger and kept driving which led to an eight-mile high-speed chase. When she did pull over, she barricaded herself in the car, locking the doors and windows then sounded the horn. Eventually, a family member gave cops the keys and Joynee was taken into custody.
