George Bush Flees on Foot

Police in Orange County, Fla. are looking for George Bush -- who crashed his car into a light pole near a school bus stop yesterday afternoon, knocking out power to several homes before escaping on foot. And by foot, we mean foot. George has only one leg.

Witnesses said Holly Street was lined with children waiting for a school bus when two deputy cruisers tired to pull the vehicle over. Officers said they realized the driver was dangerously fleeing, so they stopped following and, moments later, the driver crashed and took off into nearby woods. "Did this look like a real chase to you?" WFTV reporter Steve Barrett asked eyewitness Vivian Stanely. "This was a full chase," she replied. "All of a sudden I saw a guy coming real fast in a car with two police officers behind him with flashing lights and heard a woman screaming, 'Get out the road! Get out the road!'" witness Debra Blackmon described.

George escaped into the neighboring woods and police searched for him on horseback. They were unable to find him.

Yea, we know: His favorite restaurant is iHop and his favorite music is hip-hop. Plus, he doesn't have a leg to stand on.
