A Columbus, Ohio woman has been thrown in jail because home is a pigsty. According to health inspectors, they've been trying to get Emily Evans to cleaned up her home since last year, but as of yesterday, it was still filthy, so the judge sentenced Emily to 30 days in jail and ordered her home be cleaned by the board of health. Emily will foot the bill. She told the judge she didn't clean up her home because she's depressed. Sending someone to jail for living like a pig seems bizarre to us.
