Lady Calls 911 When Her Boyfriend Didn't Propose on New Year's

A Chicago woman is is facing misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges after she called 911 and falsely said her boyfriend was attacking her in order to get cops to “force him to marry her.’’
About 8:30 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a call of a battery in progress in the 1500 block of North Central Park Avenue where 40-year-old Ana Perez said she was being attacked by her boyfriend, according to police. “But after the cops get there she tells them that she made up the story to get police to the scene,’’ said Grand Central District police Capt. Grand Central District Capt. Ronald Pontecore. “She called 911 to scare him and have the police force him to marry her,’’ according to the captain, who wasn’t at all amused by her antics. Pontecore said the officers raced to the scene, believing a woman was in danger, “only to find out its something ridiculous like that.’’’
Ana was desperate and/or crazy because not only was her boyfriend had no intentions of putting a ring on it, he was in the process of bailing when she made the 911 call. Hee-haw!

In other engagement news: Did you know Sherri Shepherd, 43, has been dating TV writer Lamar "Sal" Sally, 40, for more than a year? We had no idea -- especially since she has been fawning over anything with a penis (and asking everyone to hook her up with a man) every since she joined the cast of The View. Anywho, come August, she'll be having sex again, because Lamar asked her to marry him on Dec. 26. They were introduced by Jay Tucker, who's the fiance of Sherri’s BFF Niecy Nash. Sherri and Lamar will marry this August. She was previously married to comedian Jeff Tarpley, who put her ass on blast last year.

Yet even more engagement news: It appears that plastic surgery fiend Vivica A. Fox, 46, and her 27-year-old boyfriend Omar "Slimm" White's tumultuous relationship is on the mend, because he proposed to her on Dec. 26, too. We're just gonna grab popcorn and watch how this plays out.
