Amanda Foote, a media studies student at the Borough of Manhattan Community college, is nothing if not enterprising. She sold her spot in the line to purchase the iPad 2 for $900! That's $900 whole dollars!!! In anticipation for today's launch of the iPad 2, she was the first person to begin queuing up outside Apple's flagship store in New York on Wednesday at 5pm. This morning at 9am (that's almost 41 hours later), she sold her spot in line to app developer Hazem Sayed, who's heading out of town on a business trip this evening and wants to have an iPad 2. In case you've living under a rock, the slimmer, faster iPad 2 goes will be available in stores at 5pm tonight.
