Pastor Refuses to Give Communion to Members Who Don't Hand Over Their Tax Refund Checks

John Goodman, the pastor of Houston Unity Baptist Church, refused to give Communion to some members of the 30-member congregation because they chose not to donate their tax refund checks to the church. He even went so far to call those stingy members "devils" and "demons". Wait, what!


Update: The pastor pulled A tape showing that he didn't ask members for their tax refund checks and says the 25 stingy members -- not the entire congregation -- are demons, not devils. The spirit of God told him that.
