Two months after Flavor Flav's Chicken opened in Clinton, Iowa, several employees can't pay their bills because their checks have bounced. Flavor Flav says despite what the bank says, "we do have money in our accounts" and this is just the case of disgruntled ex-employees trying to start trouble. Hmmmmmmm....
