About 12:40 this morning, police in Petoskey, Michigan got a cal of a suspicious man on the roof of business. Cops arrived and found a man dressed as Batman hanging from the wall of the building. They were able to pull the man -- identified as 31-year-old Mark Williams -- back onto the roof where we was was arrested. While conducting a search of his person, they found a baton, a can of chemical irritant spray and a pair of lead-lined gloves (pictured, below). Mark was charged with tresspassing and posession of dangerous weapons.This is Batman unmasked.....
