Charles Mader was arrested in Albuquerque, New Mexico after he moved from the dumpster where he was living into a homeless shelter. See, Charles is a convicted sex offender and is required to give the the Sheriff's Department a physical address within 10 days. He claims he was unaware of the rules, but authorities say Charles was told repeatedly he had to register. He faces up to three years in jail for failing to register for a third time.
