Jermaine Dupri Sued For Unpaid Child Support

Poor Jermaine Dupri. Baby mama Sarai Jones has just slapped the music producer with a lawsuit for failing to make child support payments despite a court order. According to the AP, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Margaret Dorsey ordered Jermaine to pay $2,500 a month and an additional $7,500 to Sarai, based on the results of a paternity test. Sarai's attorney, Randy Kessler (who represents everyone in Atlanta, apparently), said his client hopes she and Jermaine "can work together to co-parent their beautiful baby girl," who is 7 months old. Apparently, though, Sarai and her attorney don't read the blogs -- because Jermaine is broke. Just last week, his home evaded foreclosure and he owes more than $493,000 in back taxes.
