Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Caught in Gun 'Battle', Faces 6 Months in Jail: report

Trouble seems to follow Bobbi Kristina Brown. In an explosive report last March, it was revealed that 18-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown is addicted to cocaine, alcohol, prescription pills and boys. She denied the report, saying the photos of her snorting cocaine were not what it looked like and she was "set up". After the news broke, she checked into an out-patient drug treatment center, but her mother checked her out of the program within 24 hours and shipped her off to Los Angeles to work on her reality show. Now, Bobbi Kristina faces six months in jail for underage drinking after cops found her drunk and disorderly during a gun fight in Roswell, Georgia last month, according to the National Enquirer.
The Enquirer has exclusively obtained the official police report -- which had Bobbi's name misspelled -- and spoke to a key witness to get the chilling details of the violent encounter. It began when Bobbi and three male friends were in a Honda puling out of a subdivision. They were spotted by Bobbi's ex-boyfriend Max Lomas, who was in another car with Nicholas Gordon, the adopted son of Whitney Houston. The Honda came to a stop at a red light, and the front-seat passenger Justin Walls claimed that Lomas approached the vehicle "and tried to punch him in the face while they were waiting on the traffic light to turn green," according to the police report. Soon both cars pulled into a local Chevron station -- and all hell broke loose. Walls charges that Lomas rushed him and hit him in the face several times. According to the police report, Walls "was bleeding from the mouth and appeared to have a chipped tooth." A pall tried to help him "and as struck several times in the head by Lomas." Gordon told officers he waved a gun in the air, attempting to stop the fight, and also pointed it at another boy's legs. Police located the Glock 19 handgun in the glove compartment of his vehicle and also found ammunition. The police were called to the scene by the has station's terrified manager Touray Bassiru, who spotted Gordon with the gun. The first officer to arrive at the Chevron station, which is less than a mile from Whitney's home, ordered Bobbi and five others to lie on the ground while backup arrived. Touray told the Enquirer that Bobbi Kristina was trying to stop the fight, which occurred at about 4am on April 1. Officers smelled alcohol on Bobbi and she agreed to take a Breathalyzer. The test showed she was extremely drunk, with a 0.215 blood alcohol level -- almost two-and-half times the legal limit for driving. And since the drinking age is 21, 18-year-old Bobbi was cited as a minor in possession of alcohol.

This could be amazing footage for her reality show, no? A family source told the tabloid, following this run-in with the law, Whitney sent Bobbi Kristina off to Los Angeles "to get her away from bad influences." That didn't work out as planned, because Bobbi Kristina is hanging out with porn stars and she's considering making a flick herself. Poor Whitney. Sidebar: Bobbi Kristina, her 22-year-old brother, Nicholas, and 21-year-old ex-boyfriend, Max, are all expected in court on May 24 to face charges. Nicholas was charged with gun possession and faces a year in jail; Max was charged with battery.

UPDATE, May 8: According to a police officer who spoke with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Bobbi Kristina was not cited for underage drinking. "By the time officers arrived, everything had calmed down," Lt. James McGee said. "She was there, but she wasn't issued a citation. Nobody was taken into custody." He said a gun was involved, but no shots were fired. The whole thing may have started as the result of problems between a boyfriend and girlfriend.

UPDATE, May 10: It looks like the cops -- or the AJC -- can't their facts straight. Now, it's being reported that the original story is correct. According to Roswell police, Bobbi Kristina WAS, IN FACT, CITED FOR UNDERAGE DRINKING!
