Man Calls Police After Kitten Bites Him

A 24-year-old Speedway, Indiana man called police when a kitten bit his thumb after he tried to tie a string around its neck. When cops showed up at his home Thursday afternoon, Craig Wyatt said he was attacked by the kitten. Craig told officers he found the kitten behind his house in a wood pile. He grabbed the kitten and tried to tie a string around its neck, causing it to bite him. According to the report, Craig had small puncture wounds through his thumb nail and the bottom of his thumb, with minimal bleeding. When police arrived to speak with Craig, the kitten was tied to a tree. The kitten was “very calm and nonaggressive unless it was provoked,” according to the police report. Cops took the away and Craig filed a bite report.
