Man Erects Billboard After Girlfriend Has Abortion

Nani Lawrence has filed harassment and violation of privacy charges against Greg A. Fultz, her 35-year-old ex-boyfriend, who erected a pro-life billboard on a highway in Alamogordo, New Mexico saying she had an abortion against his wishes. The billboard shows Greg holding the outline of an infant with text that reads, "This Would Have Been A Picture Of My 2-Month Old Baby If The Mother Had Decided To Not KILL Our Child!" Nani insists she had a miscarriage, not an abortion and her lawyer said she had not discussed the pregnancy with Greg. A domestic court official has recommended the billboard be removed. But the Greg's attorney argues the order violates his client's free speech rights and plans to appeal the order.
