John Vuick, the owner of McDain's Restaurant in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is getting the veil eye from parents after he instituted a new policy -- children under the age of six are not welcome. " We feel that McDain's is not a place for young children. Their volume can't be controlled and many, many times, they have disturbed other customers....I think it's the height of being impolite and selfish, and therefore, I instituted a policy," he tells WTAE. "Nothing wrong with babies, but the fact is you can't control their volume. There may be restaurants that prefer to cater to such things. Not here." The new rule takes effect July 16.
