It was just a few weeks ago we were wondering whatever happened to the case of choreographer Shane Sparks, who was hauled out of his Los Angeles home (practically in his underwear) in handcuffs on Dec. 18, 2009 for sexually an underage girl in the mid-1990s? Well, today the 42-year-old pedophile -- who was a judge on MTV's "America's Best Dance Crew" -- appeared in court and pleaded no contest to a felony charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 16 and was sentenced to 270 days in jail. In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dropped eight sex-related counts involving the underage girl. In addition to the 270 days in the clink, the judge ordered Shane to complete 52 sexual offender counseling sessions and spend five years on formal probation, during which time he cannot be near a female minor without another adult being present. It was unclear if Shane must register as a sex offender -- which he is.

I was so hoping that someone was making this up.Shane is a talented gifted man who had so much to offer to children as well as adults. Now I am in awe. His jobs detailed him being around all sorts of children. To have that kind of access to innocent kids. It just turns my stomach.!!!
