In Uganda's capital city of Kampala, children are in fear. Not of famine or a predator, but of abduction by witch doctors for the purpose of child sacrifice. The ritual, which some believe brings wealth and good health, has resulted in dozens of mutilated bodies (the boys are castrated) of children found along roadsides. Police have investigated about 50 cases since 2006, but according to the UK-based charity, Jubilee Campaign, more than 900 cases have yet to be investigated by the police because of corruption and a lack of resources.
