Pistol-Packin' Granny Shoots at Man Trying to Break into Her Home

For the third time since 77-year-old Rita James has lived in her home in Atlanta, someone had tried to break in. On Wednesday afternoon Rita says a burglar threw a brick through her bedroom and tried to crawl in, but she had something waiting on. She grabbed her .38 and fired. “And I shot at him. I shot twice. And he wasn’t in no big hurry about leaving, but he left,” Ms Rita told WSBTV. “I don’t try to talk to nobody breaking in. He didn’t have no business back there by my window.” The burglar got away, but Rita joins our Bad Grannies Hall of Fame.  source: WSB
