A 19-year-old man says Milwaukee police beat him, pepper-sprayed and arrested him over a stick of Spearmint gum. Jordon Cain says he pulled into local gas station about two weeks ago then officers approached him and questioned his car registration, which they say was expired. During the exchange, one officer claimed he witnessed Jordon swallow a baggie of cocaine then he tackled Jordon to the ground -- causing severe asphalt burns to the right side of his face. We should point out that the other officer did not see Jordon swallow drugs and no drugs were found in his system. Then the Milwaukee police gave this sketchy news conference today.
