Last month, Linda Tyler was driving her asthmatic son, Timothy Keith Haynes, to a hospital after he complained of difficulty breathing, but while en route he suffered a seizure and stopped breathing. A frantic Linda noticed a police cruiser at a gas station and rushed in for help. Officer Christopher Simmons of the Forest Park, Georgia police department pulled Timothy out of the vehicle and placed in on the floor of the convenience store and immediately started CPR. After a few minutes, Timothy regained consciousness and an ambulance transported him to the hospital, where he remains hospitalized.
