Wesley Snipes Released From Prison, Remains Under House Arrest


Wesley Snipes, who was convicted of willful failure to file federal tax returns, cheating the government out of $7 million, and sentenced to three years in prison, was released from the McKean Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania on April 2 and transferred into a house-arrest situation, where he will remain until July 19.
