Last September, Diane Dunlap and her then-17-year-old daughter Dynesha Clayborne were studying at Burger King in the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis when they became hungry. They ordered an ice cream cone, but when the manager sneezed into her hands before making it they asked for another one. Uh-oh! That led the manager and several employees attacked the mother and now. They're now suing the owner and manager of the Frayser Burger King as well as Burger King Corporation for $3 million.
