Young people of today -- not all of them -- have so little regard for law and order that they're just squandering their lives. If you commit a crime, you will get caught. Law enforcement is waaaaaaaaay smarter than you. It's that simple. We say all that to say, a group of 13- and 14-year-olds attacked a physically challenged man last weekend in Dallas, then knocked into the street. Sam Morris, 61, was then run over and killed by a hit-and-run driver.
