According to police in North Charleston, South Carolina, they were called out to the Home Depot round 8:38am after the two suspects were spotted entering a display shed and closing the door behind them. Inside they found Emily Craig, 20, partially clothed with the top of her dress untied and hanging at her waist, and Shaun Bowden, 31, was not wearing a shirt and his pants were down to his knees, exposing his penis.
