A toe is a toe. Police in Lincolnton, NC arrested this ↑↑↑ gentleman, who, claiming to be studying podiatry sucked a woman's toes at Walmart. According to the Lincolnton Police Department, the incident happened on Monday around 11:15 a.m. That's when police say 31-year-old Michael Brown, who claimed he was a podiatrist student, started a conversation with a woman in the store. That woman, Erika Porras, told police he convinced her to try on several pair of shoes in the shoe department. "At one point the suspect took the victim's foot, put it into his mouth and sucked the victim's toes," the report states. "I was shocked," Erika says. "He asked me not to tell anyone and said he would pay for my groceries." Police say Michael -- who's a registered sex offender, was convicted in 2001 for breaking into a house in his home town of Concord and sucking on another woman’s toes -- tried to suck a woman's toe at another Walmart 15 miles away two weeks ago. In that case he told the woman he was doing a survey and needed to examine her feet. She then proceeded to take off her shoes and socks, before she got a bad vibe about the man and left. He was charged with assault and remains jailed on a $50,000 bond.
