Here's the Dashcam Video of Walter Scott Shooting Death

Earlier this week, police officer Michael Slager was charged with murder for the shooting death of Walter Scott. This afternoon, the police department released the dash cam video, which shows officer Slager pulling over Walter's car for a broken tail light. The officer then questions Scott about his insurance and whether he owned the car. The officer takes Walter's information and goes back to his cruiser to check his information and presumably to run the plates. Walter opens his car door and sprints away. (Walter's passenger remains in the vehicle.) The officer chases after Walter and you hear the cop screaming "Taser! Taser! Taser!" and moments later Walter was dead. Sidebar: There was a bench warrant out for Walter's arrest because of unpaid child support.
