Robin Thicke Sells Los Angeles Home For $4.9 Million
Singer/songwriter Robin Thicke has sold a house in Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for $4.9 million, according to the LA Times. The property had come on the market last summer at $2.985 million. Built in 1965, the two-story, 3,158 square feet home was purchased by his father, actor Alan Thicke, in 1990 for $910,000. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a sound studio. High wood ceilings, paver floors and arched windows are among architectural details. Robin, who recently divorced his wife Paula Patton, was also found guilty of copying part of a Marvin Gaye song to make "Blurred Lines." He, along with Pharrell Williams, were ordered to pay the Gaye family $7.4 million.
