When police responded to the Publix, on Military Trail, Sunday, Weiner said he was standing behind a woman waiting for a sample of bread and the woman yelled at him, calling him an "idiot". He didn't like that, he said, so he threw a piece of bread at her, the police report says. The woman, who is unidentified in the police report, her friend and a Publix bakery employee told police that Weiner started the fight. The woman said while in line for a bread sample, Weiner pushed her aside as he tried to reach the bread, coming in contact with her already broken arm that was in a sling, the report says. The friend stepped in when Weiner looked like he was going to punch her and was punched in the face, after he smacked Weiner in the back of his head.Steven was ith aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older and remains behind bars on a $10,000 bond.
