Kanye says Beyonce is Legendary, Greater than Tina Turner

Crazy Kanye, speaking at press conference in New Zealand, says:

“Nobody really wants to recognize that Beyoncé is a f***ing living legend and that she is just as great, if not greater, than the artists that we had in the past…that she’s probably greater than Tina Turner.”

Oh, snap! Kanye is really trying to start something. If you recall, Aretha Franklin and Tina Turner have been feuding for a while, and Beyoncè didn't help the situation when she introduced Tina at the 2008 Grammy Awards as "the queen."

Aretha almost jumped up from her seat and run around the block - if she could.

Known as the "queen of soul", Aretha was pissed at Beyoncè and even issued a press release to assert that she is in fact the head queen in charge. Beyoncè's camp issued one of their own as did Tina, who basically called Aretha egotistical to think that she is the only queen. Aretha issued a rebuttal, too, saying of Tina: “I never figured her to resort to tacky press just to sell a few tickets. I really had put her in a different class — higher than that. No one has been more gracious … to their peers than I have, and I am confident and secure enough to do so, unlike some others.”

This is all too much.
