Isaiah Washington is Outta There, Actor Moves

As we previously reported, Isaiah Washington was five month's behind on his $20,000-per-month in rent on his Los Angeles home. And according to reports, the landlord - Sandalwood Properties - commenced eviction proceedings last week.

So, the actor is moving.

Yesterday, RadarOnline.com filmed video of housekeepers packing moving boxes and "photographs were taken off of the walls" and Isiah and his wife leaving the property.

‘He’s moving out today,” a source said. A man identifying himself as Kevin McCauley, the owner of the property, only had this to say about the Washingtons: “They are very nice people, this is an unfortunate matter.”
