Tina Davis is Lawyered-Up, Denies Sending 'E-mails' to Chris

So, Chris Brown's jumpoff/manager 39-year-old Tina Davis, who according to a sworn affidavit was the "woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with". That three-page text set off Rihanna, which led to Rihanna getting the ish smacked outta her that early Sunday morning in February.

Now, Tina is denying sending "e-mails" to Chris. But wait, is the word e-mail and text interchangeable? Maybe for middle-age women?

She issued the following statement through her attorney Marshall B Grossman.
The relationship between Ms. Davis and Mr. Brown is that of manager and client. There has never been any other relationship. The rumors in circulation are false. There are no emails between Ms. Davis and Mr. Brown of the type which have been described in media reports.

If the source of the false rumors is identified, legal action will be taken. Given the nature of the legal issues affecting Mr. Brown, Ms. Davis will not be making any further statements."

Wendy thought Tina was a lesbian. But according to reports, she's dwooooin' it with Chris since he was 16, which by the way, doesn't make her straight.

According to the Daily News, however, cougar Tina isn't sender of the text in question. A source says "the texter's true identity remains a mystery - even to handlers on both sides of the alleged felony."

The spy continues:

"Rihanna is just not talking to the people on her team. Chris also isn't talking to his management. Everyone is waiting for them to clear up all the questions and reports. But neither of them is communicating.

Has Rihanna called her parents yet?

Other sources are saying Chris is planning to fire Tina and his defense lawyer Mark Geragos. Also, rumors that he and Rihanna are making a record together are false.

"She hasn't seen him since they got back from Miami," a spy tells Page 6. However, "she hasn't made up her mind yet... she's not completely sure she's done with him yet."

Rihanna's people, including her management and label, are pressuring her to drop him, says the insider. "They want her to stand her ground. If she goes back to him, it would be a classic abuse case and impact her ability to be the strong, independent woman that her fans think she is and that her songs say she is."

Update:
Chrtis' mom/co-manager Joyce Hawkins issued a statement saying his team is staying put.
“Reports that Chris is looking to replace his team, including Mark Geragos, Tina Davis and Mike Sitrick, are false. There are only two people who could make a change at that level on Chris’ behalf: his business attorney Kenny Meiselas and me — and neither of us were the source of this information. To the contrary, Kenny told the media outlet that broke this item, that the information they had was false. So there is no room for doubt or misunderstanding, let me state unequivocally, that no change is planned or being made with respect to Mark Geragos, Tina Davis or Mike Sitrick. We are very pleased with the work they are doing," she says.
