Since Mercy won't come for Madonna, the singer has is pulling out the big guns - she's turning to God. In fact, she's said to be praying around the clock like some weird voodoo priestess hoping the Malawian court will change its mind and hand over the four-year-old girl.
According to News of the World, Madonna flew Kabbalah leader Eitan Yardeni from his home in Israel to New York City for these 'round the clock prayer sessions.
"They have been praying at every waking hour. The adoption process has been stressful for Madonna. She's been telling pals it's felt as painful as childbirth," an insider says.
If you recall, Madonna also was also brought in to save Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage. And we all know how that turned out.
