Nadya "Octomom" Suleman is leaving her children for up to a week while she checks into the hospital to have benign fibroid tumors removed from her uterus.
The procedure, which will be done at the hospital where she gave birth to the octuplets at in January, will make further pregnancies virtually impossible!
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Nadya says doctors discovered the fibroids before her last pregnancy and that they must be removed to prevent cancer.
Nadya says she is "terrified" to go under the knife and that she has to make a will before surgery. She also reveals she has chosen a "good Christian couple" as guardians.
