DMX Won't Be Going Back to Jail, Max B Is
DMX has been sentenced to 18 months probation after pleading guilty to attempted aggravated assault while he was in an Arizona jail.
The authorities said he threw a food tray at a prison officer while serving a sentence for theft, drug possession and animal cruelty offenses.
He will be allowed to serve his probation in Florida, where he used to live.
Meanwhile, in New Jersey, Max B was found guilty of manslaughter and conspiracy to commit robbery.
According to the rapper's attorney, Gerald Saluti, Max B (born Charles Wingate) was found guilty on nine of the 11 counts he was facing, reports MTV news.
The charges stem from a theft that involved the rapper, Kelvin Leerdam and Max's former girlfriend Gina Conway. Read all the drama that went down here.
