Both were in Italy attending the G8 Summit.

This "woman" is a 16-year-old girl!!!!!! Her name is Mayara Tavares, a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mayara represented Brazil at the Junior 8, a gathering of young people from G8 countries who are doing something to make a difference in their communities.
Given her age and the reason for her being in Italy, we're gonna say President Obama WAS NOT checking her out. Cause that would be wrong.
