Nas is Not as Wealthy as Kelis Thinks He is

Kelis' plan to push around her baby in one of those fancy strollers at Nas' expense may have just came to a screeching halt.

She was hoping estranged husband Nas, whom she claims makes $11 million per year, would pony up the money for $20,000 in baby cribs and strollers.

Nas has filed his response in court and claims he only makes $4 million or $147,165 a month.

His monthly expenses are $71,371.96, which includes $10,000 a month in clothing/hair/toiletries/personal effects. This is less than what Kelis spends per month.

As previously reported, Nas is against paying her spousal support, but he does want to be "fully involved" in his child's life.

And as for that fancy stroller Kelis wants, Nas is willing to give her $350 for one, $450 for a baby sling and $1,598 for two cribs.

He's also willing to pay $5,000 a month in child support.
