Want to win a beauty pageant? Sleep with your country's leader. Well, that's what 25-year-old Yulia Obraztsova, who was crowned Miss Moscow 2009 last month, is rumored to have done. According to reports, Yulia was "forced" to whip out her kneepads and have sex with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. When confronted about the allegations, however, the singer/actress/model/magazine editor said: “better Putin than Obama, at least Putin has testicles.”
