Ex-Dallas Cowboy Terry Glenn Arrested for Auto Theft

Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terry Glenn has been charged with auto theft.

Irving, Texas police arrested the 35-year-old on Tuesday for allegedly failing to return a vehicle he rented at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport's National Car Rental on Nov. 10, 2009.

Officers stopped Terry while he was driving the 2009 Chevrolet Suburban.

His attorney called the arrest "the biggest crock of garbage." He tells the AP Terry was on his way to return the truck when he was stopped and arrested after National reported it stolen.

He adds, the car rental company had Terry's credit card and could have charged whatever was owed.

Terry was arrested last year at an Irving hotel and was charged with public intoxication and possession of marijuana. Hotels guests told police Terry was lying on the floor in a hallway with his pants down.

He played for the Dallas Cowboys from 2005-2007.

Poor Terry. Remember when Bill Parcells used to call Glenn "she" back in the day when he was with the Patriots. This guy played in a Superbowl once in the mid 1990s but has gone downhill ever since. I think there was some 'alleged' coke abuse too. HEY!!!
