Man Admits to 3-Way Sex With Disabled Woman AND Her Mother

A Michigan man will stand trial for three counts of criminal sexual conduct for having sex with a 21-year-old mentally impaired woman and her mother.

According to The Muskegon Chronicle, Mark Wayne Barnhard, 53, coerced the woman (who has the IQ of a 10-year-old on most days) into having sex with him -- she told people he actually held her down and forced her to have sex with him -- and the girl’s mother in the basement of his home in 2008.

The alleged sexual abuse of the young woman took place during several months in 2008, according to the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s office. Barnhard met the young woman’s 46-year-old mother in an online chat room in 2007, according to the Muskegon County Sheriff’s Office. The two allegedly had sex on numerous occasions before Barnhard and the woman decided they wanted to have a “three-way” sexual encounter and started bringing the young woman to participate....The young woman at first watched her mother and Barnhard have sex. Barnhard eventually coerced the young woman into having sex with him and her mother on a couch in the basement of his home.

Last year Wayne admitted to having sex with the diasbled woman and says it wasn't by force. He also claims the mother should be responsible. Speaking of the mother: She has already pleaded no contest to third-degree criminal sexual conduct and was sentenced to prison.
