Woman Arrested For Urinating in Public

Last weekend cops noticed 41-year-old Felicia Johnson squatting in the in a north Omaha intersection, urinating.

She told them she "couldn't hold it."

Fair enough.

But when cops searched her purse, they found an eight-inch knife and a "push rod" (which, according to them, is used to smoke crack).

She was arrested and charged with lewd conduct, littering and carrying a concealed weapon.

Littering?

According to cops, Felicia have been previously arrested on several concealed weapons charges, drug possession, and numerous failure to appear convictions.
