Man Sues Ex-Son-in-Law For Cheating on, Divorcing His Daughter -- And Oh, Yes, For Giving Her STDs!

A Chicago man, who also happens to be an attorney, is suing his former son-in-law for more than $1 million, alleging the man -- who allegedly contracted sexually transmitted diseases while at sex clubs -- was unfaithful to his daughter after he paid for the couple's lavish wedding, the Lake County News-Sun reported.
Carey M. Stein, of Riverwoods, alleges a Chicago man -- who is now divorced from his daughter -- committed fraud and breach of contract when he had unprotected sex with women in sex clubs during his marriage after making repeated claims to Stein to "care for, protect and be sexually faithful" to his daughter as the costs of the pair's wedding ballooned to more than $75,000, according to a lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court. Despite the daughter's desire for a "very small, private wedding," Stein claims his former son-in-law insisted he needed to invite a number of business associates from around the world to the wedding on July 12, 2008 at a downtown Chicago hotel, the lawsuit states.
Carey also alleges that his former son-in-law contracted "one or more" STDs from having unprotected sex with prostititues in sex clubs in several cities, including Seattle and Toronto. He is seeking more than $75,000 in general damages and more than $1 million in punitive damages.
